I am well overdue in writing this review, but the team at DentOut Paintless Dent Repair deserves every bit of praise. After the severe hail storm on May 8, 2025, my brand new 2025 Chevy Trax was left with significant damage. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was exceptional. Dealing with car insurance after storm damage is usually a nightmare, but DentOut handled the entire process for me. They made everything incredibly smooth, kept me updated, and advocated to ensure my insurance covered what was needed. As for the actual repair, you would never know the car was touched by hail. The paint-less dent repair execution is flawless, and my Trax looks exactly like it did the day I drove it off the lot. If you want a shop that combines master-level craftsmanship with stress-free customer service, look no further. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely blown away by the work Dent Out did on my Infiniti Q60. The quarter panel had visible dents and scuffs along the wheel arch, and I honestly wasn’t sure it would ever look the same again. Their team worked pure magic — the panel is now perfectly smooth, the paint looks flawless, and you would never know there was damage there at all. The lines of the body are crisp again, the reflection is clean, and the repair blends 100% factory. This is true craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you care about your car and want it restored the right way, Dent Out is the place. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle looking brand new again.- Check out their work on YouTube!!

Hi, I usually do not write reviews but wanted everyone who considers this shop to be aware of our experience. We dropped off our truck on 07/05 and on 07/10 we were informed that Mike had lost our key. Later that day we were told that they had ordered an exact replacement which was programmed on 07/15.We did not receive any updates on the truck unless we asked directly. Two of our visits to the shop ended up in arguments and disrespectful yelling from Miguel & Mike due to them not taking accountability when being asked questions. They did NOT let us see our truck at all and when they finally did, they only let us see it from a few feet away/they did not let us get near it or touch it. Upon inspecting the key replacement, it was not the same case that we were told it was and they did not want to replace it again with the appropriate fob. They pushed back our completion date FOUR times after reassuring it would be ready before my rental ended; the day of (said completion) they would find a new issue. They reassured us so many times our truck would be ready by 08/06 and it was NOT, my rental ended on 08/06 so I had no transportation from 08/06-08/22. On 08/18, I received a text from
